Never, never, never again.

Epson's attitude is apalling.
I bought an Epson printer XP-4155.
The black ink ran out shortly after I started using it, so I sent off for a replacement cartridge (from Epson).
Installed the cartridge, the printer says the cartridge is empty, it also says the other cartridges are empty even though they were showing 25% before I installed the new one.
I tried to contact Epson.
There is no point of contact. You can't contact Epson.
Their automated service just keeps telling me to buy more ink cartridges.
Complete waste of space, and money.

Everything about Epson is not worth your while

not happy with customer service. very willing to call the acc . no-one has helped. it's a very simple issue of finding the cd key for edge print as it was lost. it should be registered to my printer serial. i am not paying 6 grand for Epson print i already own. . absolutely terrible way you look after your systems and clients. contact me Monday at the latest. or ill go acc Fair trading, if not resolved I'll be starting a class action.

A fraud!

A fraud! Norwegian government should regulate the activities of this company. I bought a mid-range printer not long ago, one ink was empty, I could not print using other inks. I have to buy a completely new set! I refilled the emptied one with the hope of finishing my work, it still mark it empty! I threw away the printer in annoyance!

ST-C8000 AND WF-7840

I purchased a wide format ST-C8000 last year. Had to get it replaced three times in 3 months because it would not print both sides of 8.5 x 14 correctly. There would be a missing band of print on the back side, about 3 inches in the middle. The other problem with the C8000 was it was so fast that it would feed several sheets at a time, so if you are printing a sequence of a 40 page manual, you would be missing several pages in a row.
So I switched to a WF-7840, another wide format printer with cartridges, and a slower one to avoid misfeeds. I have printed less than 5000 prints in total and it won't print Magenta or Yellow with new Epson ink cartridges (I have only used genuine Epson cartridges, and a lot of them as this printer guzzles up ink). So the printer was deemed broken by Epson support, 10 days before it is one year old. Epson support will send me a refurbished unit with less than one month of warranty. So they don't even put a decent warranty on their refurbished unit. As far as I'm concerned the refurbished unit could work for 3 weeks and break and I have no other options.
My experience with Epson will most likely end once I run through the new set of cartridges I have purchased, providing the refurbished unit even lasts that long. It is such a shame as Epson workforce printers used to be a real workhorse and would print in dirty factory environments, and never break down. The new ones seem to have engineering flaws, and their customer support (tech support) staff are just terrible, one after another. Perhaps it is because Epson's policies are so bad, the support staff are unhelpful.

Epson Printer Junk

The Epson Work Force Multi-Function all in one printer WF-2850 is a piece of garbage. The first one I purchase failed (hardware malfunction) during the 1 year warranty period. The refurbished printer sent has had nothing but issues and now failed for the same issue. The printer will not accept my password to any of my SSIDs. Epson doesn't warranty the refurbished printer except during the initial 1 year period. But they will sell me another. Just go with a different printer and save yourself the hassle. It's a joke. Soon to be in the trash pile.

Not compatible with Apple products

After struggling to connect our phones, Mac and ipads to the printer, we phoned Epson. We were told this printer isn’t compatible with Apple products. A phone call to Apple and we were talked through how to save emails in pdf form to allow them to be printed through an app. This is long winded just to print an email, but thanks to Apple we can at least print them.

Run around incredible! Over an ink cartridge?

Bought an Epson ink cartridge(black and color). Used my printer very little, 15 days later black ink cartridge stopped working. Phoned for a product replacement. (Just the black ink cartridge). Got the run around from customer service. They referred me to technical support but of course they never answer their phone. Contacted customer support again. Same song and dance. I will no longer buy anything from this company. Their customer support center is #%#*. Dwayne.

What an absolute piece of junk.

What an absolute piece of junk. Useless product that requires constant diagnostic activity. Printing a single page shouldn't require multiple driver updates and hassle. Not to mention the company holding you to ransom if you run out of ink.

The words Customer Service NEVER entered the minds of this company!

I have purchased a total of seven Ink Jet printers from Epson - The way they treated me was criminal - My wife bought me a new printer for Christmas - It arrived damaged by the shipper - Epson sent a second one - It arrived and didn't work - We bought and paid for a NEW printer - The third printer they sent was refurbished - I refused to accept it - It took the Attorney General's Office for the State of New Hampshire over seven months to get Epson to return my wife's money - Epson has the worst Customer Service of any company in North America - Buy a Canon printer like I did - Over the years I spent over $1,600 dollars on Epson printers and supplies - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EPSON!

They tell you things that are just not…

They tell you things that are just not true. Buy a USB cable and then we can can fix your internet connection on your through your computer. Get the USB. Oh no, this is just to connect your computer to the printer, this does not help with the internet connection. Pure trash.
